I am currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a well-established aviation organisation based in Shannon. Reporting to the Global HR Director, this is a fully onsite role supporting operational teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.This is a hands-on, operational HR role with a strong focus on employee relations, stakeholder management, and recruitment. The successful candidate will work closely with site managers and leadership teams, particularly within a busy production/hangar environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees
  • Manage recruitment processes, including high-volume hiring when required
  • Handle employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary processes
  • Support performance management, engagement, and development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll processes
  • Deliver regular HR reporting and ensure compliance with employment legislation
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across site and wider business
Candidate Profile
  • 3+ years’ experience in a HR operational or HRBP role
  • Strong employee relations experience, particularly handling complex cases
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Confident working independently and able to hit the ground running
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Good understanding of payroll processes and HR systems
  • Experience in manufacturing, aviation, or similar environments is advantageous
