- Identify and cultivate relationships with key channel partners.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
- Become an expert on Johnson Controls’ YORK products and articulate their value proposition.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide training and support to channel partners.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- You will need to ensure sales discipline to achieve sales excellence using Sales Force.
- Proven record delivering results with a 5–10-year experience in HVAC Commercial Sales of Applied equipment that achieve or exceed sales quotas
- Fluent in English and any other local language it’s a plus
- Technical acumen with HVAC knowledge/experience
- Previous success in channel/direct sales, in the HVAC industry
- Familiarity with technical selections of HVAC appliances and offer preparations
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Driving license and willingness to travel
- Advanced user of MS Office
