HireForce is delighted to be working with an Irish SME that is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be a detail-orientated administrator with a track-record in co-ordinating projects and managing financial records. This role requires a strong focus on accuracy, data management and record maintenance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices on a timely basis;
  • Managing interactions and communications with stakeholders;
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external;
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with the relevant projects;
  • Liase with service providers and raise any issues that arise;
  • Assisting with reporting and statistics as required;
  • Manage quarterly internal audits and support with external audits;
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration
Competitive salary will depend on experience and pension.
