A growing Irish investment firm is looking to hire a Qualified Accountant to join its finance team, supporting a portfolio of real estate assets across Dublin city centre.This is a great opportunity to gain exposure across residential, commercial, and healthcare property, working in a collaborative environment with strong learning and development potential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly financial and management reporting packs for institutional clients
  • Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently
  • Supporting annual budgeting and variance analysis alongside asset management teams
  • Building strong relationships with clients, property managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with external audits and ensuring timely delivery of requirements
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Ideal Candidate:
  • Fully qualified ACA / ACCA with 2-3 years PQE
  • Strong experience in management accounts and financial reporting
  • Property sector experience is advantageous (not essential)
  • Strong Excel and accounting systems skills (e.g., Yardi, QuickBooks beneficial)
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
