- Reporting: Compile and maintain regular reports related to operations, finance,
- and other KPIs.
- Device Setup & Management: Configure and distribute tablets and related
- equipment to team members.
- Uniform & Supplies Management: Order and manage clothing, uniforms, and
- other essential supplies.
- Fuel Card Coordination: Organise and maintain records for fuel card
- distribution and usage.
- Client Liaison: Communicate professionally with clients, handling requests and
- ensuring smooth service delivery.
- General Office Support: Carry out a variety of administrative and ad hoc office
- duties as needed.
- Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable with technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative
