- Provide leadership and effective management to drive high performance across all project aspects.
- Foster collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to HSEQ standards.
- Conduct effective project planning to mitigate risks in the short to medium term.
- Champion quality standards, coordinating activities in line with company procedures.
- Manage procurement, subcontractor orders, and lead value engineering and product development.
- Ensure compliance with BCAR throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements.
- Maintain positive communication with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Third Level Qualification in a relevant Construction Discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in a comparable role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Display motivation, organisation, and exceptional time management abilities.
- Proven capability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Tech savvy and have good computer skills
- Starting salary ranging between €45,000 - €60,000, depending on experience
- 5% pension
