- To provide security service at LinkedIn’s EMEA & LATAM Campus headquarters in Dublin city centre, Wilton place, D02AD98.
- All services must be provided in line with the site’s standard operating procedures and customer requirements to protect the customer’s employees, property, and other assets within the campus.

- To deliver a consistently high-end, accurate and discreet Security-focused hosting experience to all visitors, guests and employees.
- To ensure the safety and protection of customer’s people, property and information always, in a knowledgeable and service-oriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable environment. - Meet, greet and assist all guests, contractors and employees in a professional and friendly manner. Ensuring correct passes are issued, accurate information recorded, and relevant messages disseminated (i.e Health & Safety leaflets)
- Prevent and deter unauthorised access to site. Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV as appropriate.
- Issue visitor/contractor passes in accordance with the assignment instructions.
- Produce and maintain any relevant, required documentation in support of the above; proactively refer to and review the published Assignment Instructions and / or Front of House/Reception Manual, familiarising oneself with any changes and provide suggestions to improve or enhance the level of service.
- Fulfil any reasonable requests from the management team.
- Maintain a client service approach to problem solving and work with the Campus Team Leader / Manager to achieve this.
- Display an outstanding level of customer service.
- Take responsibility for problems that staff, and visitors may have.
- Display the highest standard of personal presentation and smartness of uniform to maintain the image of Securitas and the customer.
- Answer telephone calls professionally and in accordance with the Assignment Instructions.
- Identify opportunities for improving practices and processes and enter the details in the Ideas Book.
- To provide support, guidance and information to all staff, visitors and contractors whilst ensuring safeguarding of the premises.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are always followed. Record and report all faults, health and safety hazards and unsafe working practices to supervisor/manager. Report and record all accidents in accordance with the Assignment Instructions.
- Ensure all walkways and emergency escape routes are always kept clear.
- Report any usage of First Aid equipment and shortfalls in the contents of First Aid boxes.
- Notify the SOC in the event of any emergencies and follow the instructions given.
- Investigate the cause of all fire alarm activations.
- Report instances of property at risk of being lost, stolen, damaged and/or vandalised.
- During patrols, switch off unnecessary lights and close windows.
- Prevent and Deter Crime
- Operate radios, pagers, clocking equipment and any other physical security equipment used on site.
- Carry out initial investigations and report both verbally and in writing on incidents, suspicious activities, objects, and vehicles.
- Book on at the beginning of each shift and make check calls in accordance with Company policy
- Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and conduct effective handover procedures.
