- Lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implement and promote agile practices, facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive measures are in place to address potential issues.
- Engage with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and adhere to industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned and best practices to enhance project delivery processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science).
- Extensive experience as a project management with at least 3 years in the life sciences industry.
- Demonstrated experience in agile project management (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application in the life sciences sector.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack).
- Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the life sciences sector is preferred.
