We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our team.
This role is mainly administrative, supporting the sales process from order entry through to delivery and after-sales care, with some light phone-based sales activity.What You'll Do
Order Processing
- Input and process customer orders accurately
- Check pricing, details, and requirements
- Track orders from start to completion
- Ensure all orders are delivered on time and as requested
- Assist the sales team with admin tasks
- Handle customer queries via phone and email
- Follow up on orders and customer enquiries
- Support quotes and sales documentation
- Keep customers updated on their orders
- Manage any issues or delays professionally
- Handle after-sales queries
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, finance, etc.)
- Monitor progress and resolve any issues quickly
- Ensure smooth delivery of all orders
- Maintain accurate records and systems
- Assist with reporting and data entry
- Support ongoing improvements in processes
- Experience in admin or sales support
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident communication (phone & email)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and systems/CRM
