We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our clients team in a busy 4-star hotel with a high-volume and diverse F&B offering. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences across restaurant, bar, and events service.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, and banqueting
- Lead, motivate, and support the F&B team to deliver outstanding service standards
- Ensure smooth service during busy periods, acting as a hands-on leader on the floor
- Assist in staff training, development, and performance management
- Monitor service quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards in line with hotel policies
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or high-volume F&B environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong customer service focus with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work five days over 7
- Knowledge of HACCP and health & safety standards
- Experience in banqueting and events service
- Wine and beverage knowledge
- Experience with POS systems
- Hospitality qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Salary of €36,000
