Online Shopping Team Leader

• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

• Minimum 1 year experience in grocery retail

• Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexible

• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurate delivery of online grocery orders from store to customer.

• Safe and legal driving and compliance with company and legal policies whilst representing the brand.

• Supervise the department as required by your line manager.

• To carry out operational training and coaching e.g. chemical training or machine training as well as the implementation of new processes and procedures.

• To maintain best practice standards across the departments at all times and to assist in the creation of a positive working environment for colleagues within their department.

• Additional duties will be assigned according to the department needs and in line with the requirements of the business, including new technologies and processes
