Clinical nursing services include wound care, medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, and management. There is a nurse-led lower leg assessment clinic providing lower leg wound and Doppler assessments. Tissue viability is an umbrella term, which refers broadly to prevention and management of tissue damage in patients which may include acute and chronic wounds.The Public Health Nursing Services are provided at the level of the individual delivering personalised care includes the family and the community, focusing the collective health, well-being, social and nursing care needs of the population.
