Contract Type: 11 months contractJoin a fast-growing Cash Management Solutions (CMS) team at the forefront of digital transformation in financial services. We're hiring Technical Functional Analysts to support strategic initiatives across:- Digital Channels - Online portals, mobile apps, API-based services
- Deposits - Savings, current accounts, term deposits
- Open Banking & APIs - RESTful APIs, PSD2, ISO 20022This is a unique opportunity to work across high-impact programmes under the Transaction Banking umbrella, delivering secure, scalable, and client-centric solutions for corporate banking.Key Responsibilities
Functional & Technical AnalysisTranslate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Analyse requirements across deposits, digital channels, and API services
System Development & SupportCollaborate with developers and architects to ensure robust implementation
Provide oversight throughout design, development, and release cycles
Testing & Quality AssuranceDefine and execute test plans (UAT, API testing, automation)
Ensure issues are tracked, resolved, and documented
Domain ExpertiseSupport enhancements to platforms including FIS Profile, mobile apps, and developer portals
Apply knowledge of CMS products, Open Banking standards, and integration technologies
Stakeholder EngagementLiaise with business, compliance, and technology teams across regions
Provide technical support during onboarding and delivery
Governance & DocumentationMaintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, test results, and system changes
Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory standardsSkills & ExperienceExperience in Banking or Financial Services, ideally Corporate or Transaction Banking
Strong understanding of deposit products, digital platforms, and API technologies
Proficiency in system testing, defect management, and agile delivery
Familiarity with FIS Profile, UNIX/Linux commands, REST, JSON, OAuth2
Exposure to Open Banking, ISO 20022, and cloud-based integration platforms
