The Service Delivery Coordinator supports the effective delivery of services to clients by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, operational administration, and ongoing service activities. The role acts as a key liaison between clients, candidates/workers, and internal teams, ensuring service delivery is efficient, compliant, and aligned with agreed service standards. The position is critical in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a high quality service experience.Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • Support day to day client service delivery activities, ensuring service level expectations are met and issues are escalated appropriately.
  • Act as a point of contact for client, candidate, and internal stakeholder queries related to service delivery.
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities including interviews, reference checks, medicals, uniforms, and system access.
  • Guide candidates/workers through the end to end recruitment and onboarding process, including aftercare support where required.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records across internal and client systems in line with GDPR and company policies.
  • Manage shared inboxes, trackers, and workflow systems relating to client delivery activities.
  • Maintain operational reports, spreadsheets, and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support PO management, invoicing, and audit activities as required.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the uploading, maintenance, and off boarding of workers on internal and client systems.
Essential CriteriaJob Specific Education / Qualification
  • No specific qualification required; relevant administrative or service delivery background essential
Experience
  • 1-2 years experience in a coordination, service delivery, client services, or administrative role
  • Experience working in a fast paced, client focused environment
  • Experience using IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
