Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Controlling, and related functions such as Sales, Sourcing, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Warehouse, Shipping, and Plant Maintenance to deliver and support business solutions.
  • Determine business needs and deliver technical solutions, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with global and local teams as well as business users to ensure successful delivery of implemented systems and technology within planned scope and timelines.
  • Possess a deep understanding of business processes and needs, collaborating with Finance and Controlling business units locally and globally to define detailed business requirements for enablement of business solutions.
  • Utilize knowledge of best practices to define business needs and deliver technical solutions in partnership with Application and Infrastructure teams, ensuring optimal mapping of business requirements to technical solutions.
  • Provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements, creating and maintaining project charters, plans, capital requests, and budgeting in accordance with project management processes and company policies.
  • Solve complex problems using expertise, providing system support and maintenance in alignment with ERP Services Delivery model, company policies and procedures, and Regulatory requirements.
  • Create and maintain system lifecycle documents, including SOPs, SOIs, and Job Aids, while participating in the Change Control process.
  • Conform with all regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions, and safety rules, exhibiting regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance.
Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 8-10 years of related work experience.
  • Preferred but not required: Agile & Scrum Certification, ITIL.
  • Deep expertise and understanding of SAP processes, system functionality, and technical understanding of Finance and Controlling, as well as related areas Sales, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Operation, Quality, and Warehouse.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest ERP releases, with preference for S/4HANA knowledge.
  • Experience with technology implementation using agile methodologies preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment within a global organization, prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Autonomous work ethic with sound judgment, ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in English language with willingness to travel globally.
  • Awareness of relevant SOPs as per company policy related to the position.
  • Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of set targets.
  • Compliance with the company's safety and quality policy at all times.
