Creating and delivering on new leads. Embellishing relationships with customers and suppliers.The Key job responsibilities include:
- Lead, manage, and support the materials team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Manage Purchasing, Sales and Stock of material.
- Support with the identification of opportunities with new products.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve programs to help create new revenue streams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the team and the solutions provided.
- Roll out the Materials program strategy to optimise growth.
- Third level education in Business, Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of a MRO business.
- 5+ years in a material trading position.
- Entrepreneurial outlook.
- Ability to travel and attend Trade Shows.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office and ERP software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
