
E-Commerce Manager

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines as set by the Marketing Manager.
- Oversee stock visibility and accuracy in collaboration with the Business Systems Manager.
- Own the optimisation and daily management of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Shopping, YouTube, paid social) with ROI accountability.
- Implement AI-driven A/B testing for creative, targeting, and landing pages.
- Develop remarketing and personalised targeting strategies using customer segmentation data.
- Analyse traffic, sales funnels, and checkout processes to identify and resolve drop-off points.
- Use AI and analytics to test, refine, and implement changes that improve conversion rates and average order value.
- Translate marketing campaign concepts into high-performing online executions.
- Build and launch dedicated landing pages, category pushes, and online exclusives.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns are brand-aligned and on schedule.
- Deploy AI tools for product content generation, SEO optimisation, dynamic pricing, and personalised recommendations.
- Work with Business Systems Manager to integrate AI capabilities into the e-commerce platform.
- Track and report on online KPIs, including traffic, conversion, sales, and ROAS.
- Provide actionable insights to Marketing Manager and Senior Management for decision-making.
- Marketing Manager – Receives creative direction, aligns campaigns, and ensures brand consistency.
- Business Systems Manager – Works closely to ensure technical readiness, data accuracy, and AI integration.
- Senior Management - Reports on performance and strategic opportunities.

- Proven track record managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of paid digital marketing channels and optimisation tactics.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content, CRO, and analytics.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
