Every season, it attracts thousands of international visitors, ski enthusiasts, and season workers – all looking for snow, mountains, and unforgettable memories. Right in the heart of this vibrant alpine town, The Green Wildman - our small Irish Pub - offers a truly authentic Irish experience: live music, proper pints, roaring laughter, and a warm welcome for locals and travellers alike. As we head into our second winter season, we’re looking for passionate bartenders who bring a love for Ireland, a great personality, and the right energy to join our small and mighty team in the Swiss mountains.AufgabenAs a bartender, you’re not just serving drinks – you’re shaping the guest experience. With charm and rhythm, you’re the heart of the action and part of a warm, passionate crew.

Pour and mix beers, whiskeys, cocktails, and more
Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Keep the bar area clean, organised, and stocked
Support and help run pub events like quizzes or live music
Collaborate with the kitchen and service team

QualifikationWe're looking for character and passion – not just polished CVs. Ideally, you’re Irish (or Irish at heart) and bring good energy, curiosity, and confidence to every shift.

Strong interest and knowledge of Ireland and/or Northern Ireland (required)
Being born and raised in Ireland is a plus
Native-level English required
German is a bonus, not a must
Team spirit, good vibes, and ability to handle pressure
