About the Company:
Our client is a leading food manufacturing business producing high-quality products for national and international markets. Committed to innovation, food safety, and operational excellence while fostering a supportive and collaborative work culture.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the QA and technical team to ensure product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee audits, certifications (e.g., BRC), and supplier technical performance.
  • Support commercial and NPD teams, providing technical input for new product launches and customer projects.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team knowledge in quality and food safety practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations to increase efficiency and product excellence.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Food Science or related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Quality or Technical Manager in food manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience managing BRC and third-party audits with knowledge of food safety and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
