Location - Ballincollig
We are now looking for a dedicated, experienced and customer focused Optical Assistant to join this brand new team.
You will be part of a hardworking and driven team and your involvement will be a key driving force that will be visible to customers and colleagues alike.
Your role as an Optical Assistant at Ballincollig:
As an optical assistant you will make sure every customer gets a fantastic experience in store from start to finish.
You be confident providing advice, explaining offers and listening to each customer's needs.
You will have a proven track record of working within retail in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with others.
Every day will be full and varied and you will be confident handling a variety of situations from dispensing Single Vision, Bifocal and Varifocal lenses, contact lens teaching and advising along with administration duties such as booking appointments and completing Health board forms.
You will be confident speaking to customers and enjoy working in a busy team setting.
Please note - to be considered for this role you must have previous optical experience.
