- Preparing, formatting and amending legal documentation, pleadings and correspondence to a high standard
- Managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and handling travel arrangements
- Proactively monitoring inboxes, responding where appropriate and flagging priority matters
- Supporting the billing process, including time entry, invoicing and liaising with finance teams
- Organising internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and documentation
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining a professional and responsive approach
- Managing case files and electronic filing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Liaising with document production and wider support teams on larger documentation requirements
- Assisting with general administrative duties to support the wider Dispute Resolution team
- Proven experience supporting senior fee earners within litigation/dispute resolution
- Strong document production skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in diary management, travel coordination and billing processes
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A flexible and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to support the wider team
