Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting CPL's candidate attraction (B2C) strategy. The successful candidate will lead and support a variety of marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, working closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners.Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to support candidate attraction
  • Create and manage landing pages and microsites for marketing initiatives
  • Lead B2C email marketing campaigns and database nurturing activity
  • Manage activity across job advertising platforms such as Indeed
  • Work directly with clients and recruitment teams on attraction campaigns
  • Support recruitment events, open days, and candidate engagement initiatives
  • Manage external suppliers and partners
  • Create and support engaging B2C content including blogs, articles, and guides
  • Collaborate closely with the internal design team to deliver high-quality marketing assets
Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a marketing role
  • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads)
  • Experience delivering email marketing campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Force24, or Mailchimp
  • Strong content creation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
