- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies tailored to the agricultural industry to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, print materials, and presentations
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content, to engage with target audience and drive traffic and conversions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and incorporate findings into marketing strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including farmers, agricultural organisations, and government agencies, to support marketing and promotional activities
- Lead internal and external communication efforts, including press releases, media relations, and public relations campaigns, to enhance brand reputation and visibility
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications roles
- Deep understanding of agricultural practices, trends, and challenges, with a passion for driving innovation and sustainability in the industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and communication strategies, preferably within the agricultural sector
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and website analytics
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach
