Purpose of the RoleThe Repairs Coordinator will support the Repairs Department by taking ownership of a defined portion of day-to-day operational tasks. The role is focused on ensuring repair works progress efficiently through accurate administration, coordination, and communication with engineers, schedulers, and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage basic repair quotations
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing repair works and update relevant systems
  • Assist with repair scheduling and coordination
  • Liaise with field-based engineers to support job completion
  • Assist with parts allocation, ordering, and dispatch
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to repair activities
  • Support the wider team with ad-hoc operational tasks as required
Skills & Experience Required
  • High level of enthusiasm and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word in particular)
  • Well-organised with good attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Desirable Experience
  • Background in logistics, construction, engineering support, or a trade-related environment
  • Experience working with engineers or field-based teams
  • Familiarity with parts management, scheduling, or operational workflows
