The RoleThis position will involve administrating (installation, configuration and maintenance) the network and hardware infrastructure environment. This is a hands-on position requiring on site presence 5 days a week at AustinEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: This position will involve both software and hardware administration, so the right candidate will need to have the flexibility required to make the shift back and forth. BOM creation

Maintain SLAs

Ticket Handling

Your ProfileEssential skills/knowledge/experience:

Experience in Handling multiple network vendors related to:

o Cisco Arista Aruba switches, Data center equipmento Aruba wirelesso Silverpeak SDWANo Riverbed WAN Acceleratorso PaloAltoo Fortinet

Should have CCNA/CCNP certifications

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

Very good communication skill

Multi-stakeholder management

Leadership skill
