Senior CSA Estimator - Data Centres - DublinWe are currently partnering with a Tier-2 Design and Build contractor specialising in Data Centres across Europe. Due to continuous growth, they are looking to expand their team further with an experienced Senior CSA Estimator in Dublin, Ireland.Responsibilities

Preparation of Detailed CSA Estimates

Lead the preparation of accurate and competitive estimates for all CSA elements, including groundworks, concrete structures, steelwork, cladding, and internal architectural finishes specific to mission-critical environments.

Tender Analysis & Cost Benchmarking

Analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations, benchmark against historical data, and provide value-driven recommendations to support cost certainty and competitiveness.

BOQ Development & Quantification

Produce and review detailed Bills of Quantities using 2D and 3D drawings, specifications, and BIM models to ensure complete and coordinated scope coverage.

Risk & Opportunity Analysis

Identify and assess commercial risks and opportunities within the CSA package, providing strategic input to the bid team and senior leadership to mitigate exposure and optimise margins.

Collaboration & Handover to Delivery Teams

Liaise closely with design, planning, procurement, and project delivery teams to ensure alignment of pre-construction estimates with on-site execution and budget expectations.RequirementsDegree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Economics or related discipline.
Minimum 7+ years' experience in estimating, with a strong background in CSA works on large-scale or data centre projects.
