MCS Group is proud to be partnering with a major Dublin client on their search to hire an IT Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis, supporting the continued evolution of its Microsoft-based digital workplace.This is a key role focused on improving business productivity through better use of Microsoft 365, Power Platform and emerging AI capabilities.(Hybrid - 3 days per week in office - Dublin City Centre)What you'll be doing:

Working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities
Translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements
Managing a pipeline of automation, workflow and low-code initiatives
Supporting delivery across M365, Power Platform and AI-enabled solutions
Leading workshops, mapping processes and helping shape the digital workplace roadmap

What they're looking for:

3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a modern workplace or digital environment
Strong experience gathering requirements and engaging with stakeholders
Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and low-code solutions
Comfortable working in Agile environments and managing competing priorities
Clear communicator, able to work across both technical and non-technical teams
