A leading advisory firm is hiring a Tax Manager to join its Dublin team. This is a senior role with a strong mix of advisory and compliance, ideal for someone managing clients and ready to lead from the front.What you will do
Manage a portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients
Review tax returns and computations
Lead advisory work, structuring, reorganisations, planning
Act as main client contact, delivering clear, commercial advice
Ensure compliance with Irish tax legislation and deadlines
Liaise with Revenue and external stakeholders
Support and mentor junior team membersWhat you will need
AITI or CTA qualified, ACA or ACCA also considered
Practice background with strong Irish tax exposure
Experience managing clients independently
Strong technical and commercial mindset
Ability to lead, guide and develop othersWhy this role
Broad exposure across advisory and compliance
Strong client-facing role with real ownership
Clear progression path within a structured firm
