- Lead and support PICs in maintaining high standards of care and compliance
- Implement quality assurance systems, audits, and improvement plans
- Act as subject matter expert on governance, compliance, and regulatory updates
- Conduct audits across homes, provide feedback, and oversee corrective actions
- Review and implement policies and procedures across the group
- Mentor PICs and staff in clinical governance and compliance best practices
- Monitor safeguarding, incident reporting, risk registers, and complaints
- Prepare quality and compliance reports for the Executive Team and Board
- Contribute to strategic planning and service excellence initiatives
- Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration
- Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management, quality improvement, or clinical governance
- 3–5 years’ experience in a healthcare quality, governance, or compliance role
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care frameworks
- Experience in auditing, risk management, and compliance reporting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Full Irish driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- Qualification in auditing or risk management
