- Managing subcontractors (plumbing, electrics, groundworks, commercial/office builds)
- Project Managing, responsibility for the subcontractors on site, achieving deliverables
- Coordinating with design, M&E consultants, and site teams
- Reporting directly to the Construction Manager
- Sites across Ireland + office base in North Dublin (20 minutes from the city)
- Company vehicle, full PPE & IT provided
- 2-3 years Project Management experience (construction / engineering / supervisory role)
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read drawings & work with project systems (ACC, Procore)
- Diploma in PM or engineering background preferred
- Safety certifications (e.g. ISCHH, manual handling)
