- Assist with developing digital strategies that strengthen long-term engagement with customers.
- Plan, implement, and optimise online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta to boost brand awareness.
- Manage multi-market lead generation campaigns across various product categories.
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic visibility.
- Create online content to support websites, email marketing, and social media activity.
- Oversee website and social media design projects to ensure optimal utilisation and performance.
- Maintain brand consistency and manage corporate branding initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance marketing standards and leverage PR opportunities.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date on trends across sectors such as Agriculture, Construction, Marine, and Material Handling.
- Work in close collaboration with the wider sales team and customers.
- Maintain accurate, well-organised marketing databases.
- Manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and report on spend.
- Provide general administrative support when required.
- Honours degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years’ digital marketing experience with hands-on management of Google Ads, Meta Advertising, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Ecommerce experience desirable.
- Strong understanding of GA4, including conversion tracking and optimisation.
- Experience with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress.
- Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Knowledge of agriculture, construction, or material handling sectors an advantage.
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP, CMS tools).
