Duties:
  • Management of your own diary to ensure effective time management when travelling.
  • Client Relationship Manager for the geographical territory
  • Lead all HSE quarterly/monthly reviews – Key point of contact for all HSE escalations or discussions concerning any clients in your region
  • Work towards business growth targets and ensure all KPI delivery
  • Demonstrate leadership, empathy and flexibility to manage changing working environments
The ideal candidate:
  • Relevant Level 7 Allied Health qualification
  • Experience in care delivery or relevant industry
  • Full, Clean driving licence and access to a car
  • Appropriate insurance for vehicle business purposes
  • Experience in team management, rotas and on-call Dept
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan and organise own workload
