- Student academic induction and placement testing.
- Timetabling and allocation of teachers.
- Placing students on CLASS.
- Run level change testing.
- Assist with booking end-of-course exams (TIE, IELTS) and communicate with students reaching end of course.
- Assist with booking TOEIC exams and invigilators for groups and other exams as they arise.
- Teacher induction and training.
- Attendance and lesson plan monitoring.
- Mentor new teachers.
- Conduct Clil classes upon completion of training.
- Conduct specialised classes.
- Participate in Teacher Training programme.
- Teach/cover on G.E. classes where necessary.
- Run TIE prep tutorials for students.
- Assist with student queries.
- General Administration and other associated tasks.
- Educated to degree level.
- Diploma level qualification (DELTA/Trinity TESOL Diploma and/or MA with a substantial element of observed teaching practice) desired.
Essential
- At least three years of full-time teaching experience including some with young learners.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- IT literate
- Previous managerial experience
- Administrative experience
- Safeguarding training
- Customer service experience
- Ability to speak a second language.
Salary: €40,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Dublin
Contract: Permanent - Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00
