Senior Statutory Accountant Remote

• Develop and maintain an up to date knowledge of financial reporting matters and regulations in the US with an ability to apply this knowledge to practical and commercial situations;
• Work closely with our clients' and assist in maintaining and developing key client relationships;
• Support the coordination and coaching of junior team members to ensure their personal development and that standards are consistently
• Support the team to develop new business opportunities and assist with related proposal processes;
• Take full responsibility for leading client engagements and appropriately managing the respective budgets;
• Take responsibility for ensuring each client engagement is performed to our high-quality standard
• Deliver and prepare comprehensive training and support materials for on-site client training programmes/workshops;
• Actively help to develop high quality collateral on financial reporting matters for presenting to clients, conferences and publications;

• 3 years+ accounting experience in a large accountancy firm and then have 1 year within a statutory accountant role in Industry
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience translating to/from US GAAP and IFRS;
• An ability to perform effective research and convert complex accounting matters into clear and comprehensible deliverables;

• Salary 80-90k with a strong benefits package
• Option to work remote or hybird- go into the office one day a week
