Caretaker duties will include keeping the grass cut, all pathways clear of moss and all areas outside the building free from litter. General maintenance inside the building is required, as well as keeping the entrance and indoor public areas clean and tidy. Caretaker responsibilities also include setting up chairs/tables etc when needed, as well as basic cleaning, checking fire exits and completing any other jobs, as and when required.
