- Develop differentiated positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for assigned products and solutions.
- Ensure consistency and clarity of messaging across all customer-facing channels and materials.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive offerings, and buyer personas.
- Go-to-Market Execution
- Support the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop sales enablement assets including battlecards, pitch decks, competitive briefs, and product one-pagers.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation to design campaigns aligned to product priorities.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors, market shifts, and customer needs to inform product and GTM strategy.
- Act as the “voice of the customer” to Product Management, providing feedback from the field.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product to translate technical capabilities into market-ready value propositions.
- Work with Sales to ensure readiness to position and sell products effectively.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and promote adoption.
- Persona development and customer segmentation
- Compelling thought leadership content - whitepapers, case studies, etc.,
- Leveraging AI-powered tools to support market research, actionable insights and GTM execution
- 2–6 years in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
- Proven experience developing messaging, launching products, and enabling sales teams.
- Strong understanding of software buying journeys, customer personas, and value-based selling.
- Experience working closely with Product Management and Sales organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in RegTech, FinTech, or compliance-heavy industries (e.g., banking, insurance, AML/KYC software).
- Exposure to AI/automation tools in marketing or GTM workflows.
- Experience in multi-product or complex enterprise environments.
