Our QA team performs a critical function that supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content. Content QA interacts with includes images, video, text related to every day life, but they can also include (but are not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content on a daily basis.Responsibilities
- Perform quality assessments by reviewing and evaluating the accuracy and consistency of policy application for content in the German market.
- Analyse quality data to identify root causes, trends, and areas for improvement, summarizing findings in a clear and actionable way.
- Prepare and share QA reports with Content Quality Center stakeholders, acting as a point of alignment to ensure consistent quality standards across operations.
- Collaborate closely with Local Operations and Trust & Safety teams, serving as an escalation point for policy-related questions, issues, and solution alignment.
- Participate in and, when needed, facilitate coaching and calibration sessions to support consistent policy interpretation and application.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- At least 10 months of experience working with content quality, safety, or policy-related activities.
- Strong understanding of European online safety, privacy, and freedom of expression topics.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting effectively to daily operational challenges.
- Resilience and a strong commitment to self-care when handling emotionally demanding content.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, as required by the operation.
- High proficiency in the German language, as this role supports the German-speaking market.Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, however, not essential.
- Proven track record of working with co-workers across different countries is preferable but not required.
