- Develop and deploy an Operational Excellence roadmap built on the E+H values.
- Focus efforts across the pillars of: strategy execution, leadership excellence, employee engagement, process improvement, knowledge sharing, and standardised work.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and learning.
- Daily tiered huddle boards
- Standard work execution and tracking
- Issue escalation and resolution workflows
- KPI dashboards and root cause analysis
- Strategy-to-execution visual alignment tools
- Any other duties commensurate with your skills and experience and as directed by your manager in the development of the role and the G-LOC.
- Experience implementing or supporting Operational Excellence frameworks such as Shingo, TPM, or WCM, with a strong focus on cultural transformation.
- Proven ability to leverage digital platforms to enhance Lean or OpEx programs (e.g., Open Acura, Power BI, custom CI tools).
- Deep understanding of how culture, leadership behaviors, and system design impact sustainable performance.
- Adaptable, with experience in a similar role in a fast-paced and changing environment
- A self-reliant, proactive, structured and careful way of working
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to flex style and be a positive influence
- Professional, friendly and confident in engaging and collaborating with all roles across the organization
- Flexibility in terms of availability and ways of working
- Business language skills English, other language skills are an advantage
