You will assist in the following areas: coaching & developing your team, completing Quality Assurance, implementing standards to deliver on customer service and quality excellence, payments, complaints & queries, professional and technical capabilities while also spending time in your core role.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the Team Manager in leading and developing the team to ensure operational and quality targets are delivered.
  • Guiding and coaching new team members to increase professional and technical capability.
  • Improving customer service and quality standards.
  • Working closely with managers and other supervisors to effectively implement change and strategy to deliver agreed business benefits.
  • Assisting in quality assurance and identifying key trends.
  • Supporting the Team Manager to ensure all relevant aspects of CPC and MCC regulations are strictly adhered to.
  • Drive behaviours that: Ensure key SLAs are met within the team
  • Create an environment of learning and development to ensure our customers receive an informative & professional experience.
Requirements:
  • 2 years’ + Experience in claims handling
  • Minimum APA qualification or working to obtain CIP in near future
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and professional phone manner
  • Ability to communicate with customers over the phone and multitask
Regulatory Requirements:
  • To hold or progress towards APA/CIP qualification.
  • If this role is defined as a "controlled function" by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011. Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that you meet the requirements as set out in the Fitness & Probity standards issued in this Act.
