Retail Floor Manager – Fashion

• Recruit, train and manage the store team to promote high performance, engagement, and motivation
• Oversee stock control, including ordering, replenishment, and inventory management, to ensure optimal stock levels
• Support in achieving sales targets and driving store performance through effective strategies
• Manage and act on customer feedback to ensure excellent service and address concerns promptly
• Drive and implement commercial merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales
• Ensure the team is fully trained, motivated, and efficient in their roles, fostering a positive work environment
• Assist in managing season changes and stock levels to align with market demands
• Act as brand ambassador, ensuring consistency across the store’s offering and upholding brand standards

• Minimum of 2-3 years retail management experience, demonstrating a strong passion for the industry
• Energetic and driven, with a high level of enthusiasm for retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
