- You will develop strategic training and change management plans aligned with client / organisational goals and best practices.
- You will be experienced in the full project lifecycle, from concept through to implementation
- You will provide support in all areas of organisational design; change management, culture, leadership/team effectiveness and support for other strategic initiatives
- You will design and customise training and change management programmes, workshops and materials tailored to client needs.
- You will have experience in the end-to-end project management of training and change programmes for clients
- You will lead the development of project plans including defining the scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- You will create and maintain project governance, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful completion of projects.
- You will incorporate innovative learning and change methodologies, technologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- You will implement programme evaluation frameworks / mechanisms to assess the impact and effectiveness of training and change initiatives.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will play an active role in growing our business by identifying potential business opportunities. This entails understanding potential client's needs and supporting business proposals.
- Be degree qualified and have relevant professional experience; applicants will preferably have prior consulting experience in a client facing role on large or complex transformation programmes.
- Be experienced in using relevant training / L&D tools, templates, and change management methodologies.
- Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise.
- Have strong personal impact and resilience and be able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.
- Be pragmatic - taking a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement.
- Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.
- Be focused on achieving project / programme goals and objectives.
- Be experienced of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation.
- Have proven experience structuring and managing projects or programmes of work which meet client expectations and mitigate any risks or issues.
