To shadow qualified staff to gain skills in food preparation, cooking, presentation, serving, storage of food, maintain kitchen hygiene and store room practices This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. This position will be based in Dublin 2. - Assisting Chef with food preparation - Washing, peeling, chopping and cutting of foodstuffs and ingredients - Assisting with the storage of foodstuffs and ingredients in line with correct storeroom practices - Assisting with cooking, presentation and serving of meals - Monitoring kitchen supplies and ordering / restocking supplies as necessary - Assisting with kitchen cleaning duties and ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest hygiene and safety standards expected - Adhering to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) requirements and regulations - Undertaking other kitchen related duties as assigned by Chef / Manager For further information contact Nicola on (01) 472 0966 or email cesupervisor@ocarmwfrst.ie
