- Organise office operations and procedures to ensure that the highest quality of care is delivered to our clients, meeting weekly, monthly and annual quality KPI’s
- Responsible for meeting growth targets and business KPIs and helping to grow the organisation
- Assist with client & staffing issues and training
- Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the office
- Development and maintenance of key client relationships
- Conduct Client and Caregiver reviews or introductions where required
- Assist with caregiver recruitment and scheduling where required
- Monthly financial reconciliations
- Relevant Level 6 Allied Health qualification and willing to work to level 7
- Preferred background in nursing, social work, or other ancillary support services
- Experience in care delivery or relevant industry
- Full, Clean driving licence and access to a car
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to plan and organise own workload
- Appropriate insurance for vehicle business purposes
- Good commercial and business acumen
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage teams of professionals
