  • Lead and manage a team of Solutions Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the region to ensure the effective management of application inventories throughout their lifecycle.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of processes and controls for managing application lifecycles, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and validations of application inventories, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application inventory processes and systems.
  • Deliver high-quality, risk-based reporting on application inventory processes, supported by solid data and evidence.
  • Foster effective communication and alignment with stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Proven experience in managing technology teams and projects, with a strong understanding of applied architecture principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with business strategies and objectives.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex objectives into manageable tasks.
  • Experience in data visualization and analytics, with the ability to extract insights from large data sets.
  • Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to translate complex information for stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • BSc/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Creative thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering innovative solutions.
