As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will play a key role in upholding the salon's exceptional standards. You will provide bespoke hair services, offer expert advice, and build long-lasting relationships with clients. - Deliver outstanding hair consultations, cuts, colours, and styling services tailored to each client’s needs.
- Ensure every client receives a luxury experience, from warm welcome to final styling and checkout.
- Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout all services and workstations.
- Maintain full knowledge of salon treatments, services, and retail offerings.
- Offer professional home-care recommendations and retail products to enhance client results.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before shift to prepare for the day and ensure all equipment and stations are ready.
- Ensure your styling station and salon area are immaculate at all times.
- Set the tone for a tranquil environment – monitor music, temperature, and ambiance.
- Check your daily schedule, treatment timings, and product needs in advance.
- Clean as you go and leave the salon spotless at the end of your shift.
- Adhere to dress code and presentation standards (hair, makeup, nails, etc.).
- Liaise with management daily to align on priorities and discuss client needs.
- Respect salon policies regarding discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
- Support teammates across hair and beauty departments when needed.
- Participate actively in maintaining salon standards, health and safety, and brand integrity.
- Take responsibility for personal performance, including service quality and punctuality.
- Meet monthly goals for upselling, retail, and cross-selling.
- Participate in regular training, team meetings, and performance reviews.
- Follow procedures for staff treatments and holidays as directed by management.
- Read and review the Staff and Health & Safety manuals every 3 months.
- A fully qualified, experienced hairstylist with a flair for high-end hair services.
- Passionate about delivering excellence and creating memorable client experiences.
