- Collaborate closely with customers to gather requirements and propose innovative, cost-effective solutions for equipment builds.
- Manage projects and stakeholder management
- Prepare and issue requests for quotations (RFQs) to external suppliers for new equipment and upgrades.
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of equipment requests and manage the execution of results.
- Participate in cross-functional design reviews and contribute to product and process improvements.
- Apply knowledge of project management principles to support effective planning and execution.
- Document meeting outcomes and coordinate status updates and approvals on key project deliverables.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, engaging with internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Track project milestones and ensure alignment with overall timelines.
- Estimate time requirements and sequence project tasks for optimal delivery.
- Coordinate and prioritize activities related to service, maintenance, and upgrades, involving both internal teams and external vendors.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a project engineering or related technical role.
- Strong analytical, systems analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Gantt charts, MS Project, Jira, or similar).
- Ability to identify schedule deviations and contribute to corrective action planning at the project level.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
