- Staff Performance and Safety - Ensure supervisor and officer performance is meeting required standards using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and appraisals. Ensure proper uniforms, PPE, compliance. Conduct post audits and maintain procedural documentation
- Security Operations - Plan and manage security operations and special events such as site/VIP events.
- Learning and Development - Plan exercises for all shifts, update procedures, and integrate lessons learned. Working with management to create training and learning exercises
- Continuous Improvement - Advocate for and implement process enhancements.
- Supporting Client and Security Management - Acting as a liaison between clients and security team. Planning and Chair weekly meetings with the client.
- Updating Documents - Maintaining and updating documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Assignment Instructions (AIs).
- Engaging in Continuous Learning - Staying updated with best practices and standards through ongoing learning and training.
- Develop, Facilitate and Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) and assist Securitas Management in building out quality systems / auditing processes and industry best practice.
- Produce Accurate and Concise reports when required and understand clearly when escalation of reports is required. Display sound judgement and understanding as to where such reports should be directed.
- Maintain Training Matrix for all supervisor and officers assigned, identifying any gaps in skill sets or specific training requirements..
- Be able to demonstrate strategic vision and insight into Securitas and client plans.
- Be able to anticipate Securitas and client needs and effectively resolve issues independently
- Be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable Irish licensing requirements for the industry.
- Be able to meet and continue to meet requirements for specific skills, certifications or authorizations specified for the assigned account.
- Display the highest standards of personal presentation to maintain the image of Securitas and the Customer
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
- Skill in staff supervision, including assigning work and providing training and discipline.
- Knowledge of business operations management and human resources administration.
- Use of personal computer is required, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are mandatory.
- Strong planning, organising and leadership skills.
- Fluent English, written and oral.
