The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the student with their daily needs, including carrying belongings, managing their laptop, and ensuring they have a smooth and inclusive university experience. Key Responsibilities:

Provide physical assistance to the student, including carrying their belongings, laptop, and other necessary items.
Assist the student in navigating campus facilities, classrooms, and common areas.
Ensure the student’s laptop is set up and ready for use during classes and study sessions.
Help the student with any mobility or accessibility challenges they may encounter.
Collaborate with university staff to ensure the student’s specific needs are met.
Maintain a respectful, supportive, and confidential relationship with the student.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a healthcare assistant or personal care role is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassion, patience, and empathy.
Ability to provide assistance with mobility.
Sensitivity to the needs of individuals with disabilities.
Punctuality and reliability.
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusion principles is a plus.
