Cork is seeking a highly experienced Bid Manager to oversee the tendering process for major infrastructure and civil works projects. You'll lead the full bid lifecycle, ensuring that submissions are accurate, timely, and aligned with the client's requirements and industry standards.What You'll DoIdentify and track suitable tender opportunities and PQQsAnalyse tender documentation to assess client requirementsCoordinate input from internal teams (estimating, commercial, PM, H&S)Prepare compliant, high-quality tender responses within tight deadlinesMaintain and update bid library (CVs, case studies, templates, methodologies)Ensure bids meet legal, compliance, and quality standardsConduct tender reviews and post-bid feedback to support continuous improvementSupport business development initiatives and strategic tenderingWhat We're Looking For7+ years of experience in bid or tender management, ideally within Ireland or EU marketsStrong understanding of procurement processes across public and private sectorsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel)Experience using eTenders and other procurement platformsStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlinesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDegree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)This role is fully office-basedApply NowIf you're ready to take the lead on high-value bids and make a real impact in a growing civil engineering business, we want to hear from you.
