Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and highly competent Project Manager to coordinate operations and oversee construction activities on-site. Acting as the main point of contact for workers and supervisors, you will play a key role in driving projects to successful completion.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, proven leadership skills, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. You will be well-organised, solutions-focused, and prioritize safety and quality at every stage of the project.
  • Location: Dublin (multiple locations)
  • Job Type: 6-month FTC
  • Salary: DOE
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate construction tasks according to project priorities and plans.
  • Produce detailed schedules and monitor crew attendance.
  • Allocate general and daily responsibilities across teams.
  • Supervise workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
  • Ensure manpower, equipment, and resources are available and sufficient.
  • Enforce safety precautions and quality standards on-site.
  • Oversee the use of machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance.
  • Monitor project expenditure and keep budgets under control.
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate issues promptly as they arise.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports to managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or Project Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and IOSH guidelines.
  • Understanding of modular building systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with reporting and documentation.
  • Strong numerical and problem-solving abilities.
